As one of our tenants you can expect a high level of service and accommodation.
From the day you move into your property, you will be met by one of our experienced property inspectors who will show you around the property and show you how the appliances work, including hot water and heating.

Having just moved in, undoubtedly when moving there will be lots of questions you have, we hope the information below will help you. If not, please feel free to call / email us.

Question - What do I do if I have an emergency maintenance issue?
Answer -

Question – I have a specific issue/complaint which I want to address, how do I do this?
Answer -
• You can come into our offices, we open 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday
• You can call us on 0208 980 3377
• Email us

Question – Who will contact the utility companies and council tax?
Answer - We will write to the utility companies and council tax informing them of the date you moved in and meter readings so expect to hear from them shortly.

Question - How do I activate hot water and heating?
Answer – When our inspector first met you at the property he would have showed you how to use all the appliances in the property. If you still having trouble, just call us and we will arrange to show you again.

Question - Can I decorate the property?
Answer - We would need to get authorisation from the landlord first, so please contact us and we will ask the landlord.

Question - I have a problem with my neighbours, what do I do?
Answer - If there are problems please contact us and we will investigate to try to solve the problem.

Question – How do I obtain a parking permit & when does the rubbish get collected ?
Answer - It varies from area to area. Each Council has information on parking and refuse and you can follow the inks here to find out more information

Question - What can I expect?
Answer – We will be in regular contact with you to make sure you are happy and to arrange our 8 weekly inspections, it also allows you to address any issues you have.
