As part of our ongoing commitment to customer services, we have policy of dealing with all complaints and have an internal escalation process. We believe that continual improvement and customer satisfaction is an effective way of measuring the performance of Hamletts.

We recognise that sometimes our service may not meet your expectations. As a responsible property management company, we believe it is important to get your feedback on the services we deliver.

Your feedback will help us set the priorities for where we focus our efforts so as to raise standards across all aspects of the service we provide. A copy of our complaints policy is available upon request.

Equally, we are very keen to know how well we are doing and that we deliver a service that meets your expectation. We carry out regular reviews into our service delivery and welcome and appreciate your feedback as part of our review process.
